Information for speakers
Oral Presentations
A full schedule of all contributed presentations will be available in due course.
All contributed oral presentations are 12 mins + 3 mins for questions.
Students are eligible to apply to be considered for the Best Student Oral Presentation. To apply you need to have registered as a student delegate by the early-bird registration deadline date 31 May 2019 and also have submitted a final draft of your presentation (PowerPoint or PDF) by 21 June 2019 to cnc2019@rothamsted.ac.uk. More information about this award is available here.
All contributed oral presenters should register by 31 May "early bird" deadline.
Speakers should ensure they upload their presentation before the start of their session. Each room will have a laptop to which speakers can upload their talks.
Posters
The poster session will start on Wednesday 10th July at 16.30 with 2 minute flash talks. To aid with these flash talks, it is requested that a pdf of the poster is sent to cnc2019@rothamsted.ac.uk by 5th July. The flash talks will be followed by an open poster sesion with drinks and canapé reception.
The recommended poster size is A0 portrait. Posters should not exceed 100cm in width.
All posters are eligible for the Best Poster Presentation which will be judged by the scientific programme committee. More information about this award is available here.
